I think Jack is trying to describe what the dogs are doing. So it's like real life when he went to the animal shelter.

I think its because it might be barking and wagging irts tail alot or they are all wagging their tail and barking

I like the way he says "bark- bark- barking" and all the other ones so I think he should keep it that way. He uses those words so they can stand out.

Maybe Jack sorta exspresses himself in bark bark barking and in wag wag wagging . Jack might have started wrighting that way becuase he wanted a shortcut . Or maybe he starting wrighting that way because it helps him .
